USA Nursing Placements
The US is in need of many thousands of nursing staff over the next five years due to an aging population and massive post-pandemic staff shortages.

Your Qualifications
We need nurses qualified with BSc Nursing or equivalent preferably with two years experience, OR Diploma in Nursing + 12 years of clinical experience. If you are still working towards these qualifications please still complete the submission form and we'll keep you up to date.
Where do we recruit from?
Like the UK NHS we recruit from all over the world: the EU, India, Philippines, Caribbean and many other countries. If English is your first language or you completed your qualifications in English you will not need an IELTS or TOEFL English test. Otherwise we may require an IELTS of at least 6.5 or TOEFL 79-93.

US Higher Pay + Lower Living Costs
Why does the US pay much higher rates? The US is in the unique position of offering high standards of medical and aged care for customers due to the way the healthcare industry is privately funded. For those who can afford it, they retire with better care than an equivalent state funded system in Europe or the UK. The cost of living outside the big cities of NYC, LA, Seattle and San Francisco are a lot lower than many UK and European cities. Especially for housing.
Where will I work?
We place our nurses in private hospitals in major metro cities - mostly in the states of California, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Kansas, Alabama and Louisiana. These are among friendliest, the lowest tax states* and have many retirees, hence the desperate need for nursing staff.

* except California

* the 3 year period is a condition of your visa to work in the USA. There are possibilities to change employer if necessary.
What Offer Will I Receive
If you meet the qualifications and experience criteria we will send your details through to potential employers. They will conduct an online interview with you. Upon successful completion we will negotiate an offer of employment. You will likely have a choice of employer and usually receive a contract for a period of 3 years*, meaning you can settle down and make long term plans. Your offer will include your salary, and benefits including health insurance, relocation plan any other benefits negotiated.
How Do I Start?
You can apply NOW, and it’s free to apply. Simply complete our contact form and write a brief paragraph about yourself, where you work and your qualifications. You will receive an automated response and within 5 working days a member of our staff will reply with a detailed response and, if suitable an invitation for a formal application.
